Moon Rabbit evokes memory, honors history, references globally inspired techniques and spotlights reinterpreted takes on Vietnamese and American dishes. Chef Kevin Tien's unique and complex menu is a modern, lively, and innovative approach to Vietnamese cuisine. It is a love letter to his family, and growing up as a ﬁrst generation Asian American.
