DC Row, a boutique indoor rowing studio, offers high-intensity group workouts with low stress and wear on your body.

DC Row workouts, burn up to 600 calories in a single 50-minute class. All levels of experience welcomed, and additional assistance is given to those who are new to rowing.

Class descriptions

Scull + Sculpt: Scull & Sculpt combines rowing intervals with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training.  

Row Flow: Row Flow begins with heart-pumping, total body cardio workout, followed by lower-intensity, lower stroke rate rowing and finishes off by focusing on mindfulness and breathing.

Crew Clinic: Crew Clinic will introduce you to rowing and teach you the basics of form, technique, and terminology.

Slow & Steady: (Coming Soon!): A relaxed, constant-row class dedicated to improving endurance and form while providing mindful meditation.

Private Classes: We offer a multitude of private options such as our private class (one person), semi (two person), and trio (three person). Corporate Rate: Looking for a cool way to bond with your team? Try Row!

Exclusive Classes: If you are looking to host a team workout event, we offer exclusive classes and a dedicated time slot for you and your crew.
