Presented by Theater Alliance at The Wharf, Woody Guthrie’s American Song brings Guthrie’s life and legacy to the stage through the songs and stories that shaped America’s folk tradition. As the nation marks its 250th anniversary, this musical celebration honors art as a voice for working people, dissent, hope, and connection.
Guthrie’s music reminds us that America’s story is still being written — and that some of its most enduring voices come from the people.
