Give a Shuck! St. John's Community Services Oyster & Brew Fest

Join St. John's Community Services and Guinness as we enjoy unique beer and oyster pairings, small plates from The Wharf restaurants, beer and whiskey tastings from Open Gate Brewery & Barrel House, live entertainment, silent auction giveaways, and captivating artwork from our ART Options program. Our inaugural oyster and brew fest, SJCS serves our most vulnerable communities, including the developmentally disabled, elderly, and homeless.

VIP ticket holders will have access to an hour and a half private tasting held in The Dockmaster Building. Led by the Guinness brewmasters, VIPs will have the opportunity to sample high-end pairings and limited-run Guinness brews. VIP tickets also includes unlimited Guinness pours (a cash bar is available for general admission attendees), and two lucky VIPs will walk away with a tour for four of the Open Gate Brewery.

100% of ticket sales go to SJCS, and directly support our services in DC, MD, and VA. All artwork on display from our artists is for sale, with 80% of the proceeds going directly to the artists themselves and the remaining 20% going toward supplies for our ART Options program.
