Watch Le Patin Libre – the dazzling contemporary Canadian skating company, put on a special performance at The Wharf Ice Rink before they begin a week’s run at the Trump Kennedy Center. 

At 1pm, they will take to the ice and demonstrate what can happen far from the sparkles of traditional figure skating with real works of art exploiting the amazing choreographic and theatrical potential of glide. Five virtuoso skating-artists gathered in a mesmerizing flock, the Patin Libre ice-mavericks are a jaw-dropping incarnation of speed, freedom, agility, and grace. In a dance full of surprises, they show us the joy and power of being together. After the performance, join them on the ice to learn how they channel their magic and create a little of your own with an on-ice dance party.
