Now in it's 8th Year, The Washington Blade's Pride on the Pier extends the city’s annual celebration of LGBTQ visibility to The Wharf with a great day of music, dancing and fun.

Experience the exhilaration of eleven Clipper 70 ocean racing yachts arriving in Washington, DC having completed seven out of eight legs of the 40,000nm eleven-month Clipper Race circumnavigation. This includes the Washington, DC home boat which has been flying the flag for the city since the race began last year.

Red Bull Spin Off is a high-energy challenge where teams of two create custom-made bicycles and attempt to cross the finish line on a floating race track. Balance, brains, and bravery required. It all spins off at The Wharf on June 27, 2026.

Dance along to a high-energy mix of classic country and rock tunes by Shawn Parsons & The Secret Service.

Celebrate America 250 during the Fourth of July at The Wharf Celebration with free country music on multiple outdoor stages. The Wharf also has spectacular views of the National Park Service fireworks launched from the National Mall.
