GoBoat is a safe, fun and eco-friendly way to enjoy the beautiful waterways of Washington, DC. 

GoBoat, formerly known as Float DC, offers rentals that are 100% electric, Scandinavian designed, picnic boats for up to 8 people. If you're over 21 and have a valid drivers license, GoBoat allows you to be your own captain and steer the electric vessel up and down the Washington Channel on our own. If you haven’t completed your boaters safety course, GoBoat offers a 1 day license option that will give you the confidence and knowledge you need to navigate the Washington Channel on your own! Prices start at $150 per boat per hour.

GoBoat operates from 8am to 6pm daily from April through October. Feel free to bring your favorite libations and food aboard (red wine not allowed).
