Although The Wharf is close to major thoroughfares, please choose not to drive to The Wharf if at all possible. Join us in our effort to reduce our environmental impact and traffic congestion—and save on parking since we only have a limited amount of spots and rates can be expensive. Instead, take Metro and our free SW Shuttle to enjoy a hassle-free visit at The Wharf.
Parking Garages
The Wharf has three underground parking garages that are open around the clock. Each garage has multiple entrances:

Fish Market Parking
Fish Market patrons may park in the underground Wharf Garage 1 for $2 for the first hour. To validate parking, bring your parking ticket and Fish Market receipt to the staff member in the parking lobby in Market Square (near District Doughnut).

Special Event parking rates take effect at 4pm on dates with shows on The Anthem calendar and additional special event days.
Parking rates reset at 4:00am.

Additional Parking InformationHandicap accessible parking spaces are available in all garages.
The clearance height in all garages is 8' 2".
Contactless Payments (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted at our pay on foot machines. Guests may also scan the QR code on the back of their ticket to pay for parking. Guests who pay for parking via QR code must exit the garage within 15 minutes of paying.
You can speed up your payment by using the the ParkMobile App on your phone (use Zone 326). Upon entering the garage, pull a parking ticket and scan it with your ParkMobile app. When you are leaving, let the ParkMobile app know and your account will be automatically charged based on the duration of your stay. You must exit the garage within 15 minutes of paying.
Prepaid and Reserved ParkingNone of the three parking garages at The Wharf offer reserved or prepaid parking. However, you can reserve/prepay for parking at the Ace Parking at L’Enfant Plaza (420 10th St SW), located just two blocks from The Wharf.
Additional Parking NearbyIf all three garages at The Wharf are full, L'Enfant Plaza (two blocks north of The Wharf) has two parking garages with 1800 parking spaces.
