Step back in time when you board the Nao Santa Maria. A faithful replica of the Spanish galleons used in the time of Columbus, you’ll learn the fascinating history of these ocean crossing vessels. Built in Spain in the tradition of the nao ships of the sixteenth century, the vessel weighs 200 tons and is nearly 100 feet long. Tours will be conducted daily, and discounts are available for school groups and families.

USO Takeover at The Wharf

Don’t miss USO Day on the Wharf! On November 14, the USO, the nation's leading organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military and their families, brings a day of patriotism to The Wharf.

Join us as we rally together as a grateful nation and serve as a Force Behind the Forces®. Participate in a care package event—a USO tradition—and learn more about the USO’s critical mission to strengthen service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country.

At 4:00 pm, we'll be on Transit Pier stuffing care packages and would love your help. There will be live music on the floating stage and the event is followed by the Backstage at the USO event at The Anthem. To learn how you can take part, visit USO.org/Holidays.
